Nanoparticle Analysis
CAN GmbH has access to all of the important analytical methods needed for accurate characterization of nanoparticles for its customers. Use of imaging, quantifying and structural elucidation methods makes it possible to perform specific studies for customers and obtain information both for quality assurance as well as for the next steps in the development of their product. For these studies, CAN GmbH uses its experience in performing and evaluating analyses with the methods AFM, ATR/FT-IR, DLS / SLS, DMA, DSC, ellipsometry, GC, MALDI-TOF, MS, NMR, rheometry, SAXS, SEM, TEM, TG, UV/Vis/NIR, absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy, WAXS and XRD.
